Are there rules for staying in the recovery suite?

 We provide recovery support for a variety of elective and cosmetic surgeries, including body contouring, liposuction, BBL, breast augmentation, tummy tuck, and more. If you're unsure, contact us for a consultation to determine if our care is appropriate for your recovery needs. 


 Yes. Our care team includes, Registered Nurses (RNs),  Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs), all experienced in post-surgical support. 


 We assist with self-administration of medication and provide reminders. We do not administer narcotics or prescribed medications directly, in accordance with medical regulations. 


 We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred dates, especially during high-demand seasons. 


 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due prior to the start of your stay. 


 At this time, we do not offer formal payment plans, but feel free to inquire during your consultation. We do our best to accommodate our clients. 


 Yes! Private transportation is included in all overnight recovery packages. We provide pick-up from your surgical site, transport to your recovery suite, and drop-off at your home on checkout day. 


 No. We are not a livery or rideshare company. Transportation is provided using our private vehicle, operated by a member of our recovery team. It is discreet, direct, and dedicated solely to your care. 


 Due to limited space, we allow one guest ( age18 and over) and one small carry-on sized bag and one personal item (e.g., purse or backpack). Please avoid overpacking to ensure a comfortable ride. Guest must abide by all rules and regulations or he/she/they may affect your recovery stay terms. 


 What’s included during my stay?
All packages include overnight nursing care, daytime assistance, meals, medication reminders, hygiene support, vital sign monitoring, and private transportation. Add-ons like massages and IV hydration are available by request. 


 You'll receive breakfast, assistance preparing for departure, and transportation home by 10:00 AM. If requested, caregiver education will also be provided before discharge. 


 Yes. Additional recovery days may be added at a special rate, depending on availability. Let us know in advance if you believe you'll need extra time. 


 Absolutely. Add-ons are available for guests staying a minimum of 2 nights. Services are scheduled during daytime hours only and not on checkout day. 


 No. Add-ons are optional but strongly recommended by many surgeons to reduce swelling, improve comfort, and support healing. 


 We ask that all clients remain respectful, cooperative, and follow all aftercare instructions from their surgeon. Open communication with your care provider is encouraged so we can best support your healing. You are expected to disclose any pre-existing conditions, follow all safety protocols, and notify us immediately if you experience unusual symptoms or discomfort. 


 For your safety, we ask that you remain on-site throughout your recovery period unless approved by your nurse. Leaving the suite without prior notice is strongly discouraged and may void liability coverage. 


 We maintain a peaceful and private environment for your recovery. Visitors are not allowed unless previously approved and only under specific circumstances. Please discuss this with your nurse prior to your stay. 


 

Yes. To ensure a clean, respectful, and healing environment for all clients, we maintain the following policies:

  • No smoking, vaping, or use of recreational drugs inside or near the property.
     
  • Alcohol is not permitted during your recovery stay.
     
  • Pets are not allowed.
     
  • Noise levels must be kept to a minimum.
     
  • Clients must follow all health and safety guidelines provided by their nurse.
     
  • Only authorized guests and caregivers may enter the recovery suite.

 

  • Clients are expected to cooperate fully with their care team and treat all staff with respect at all times
     

Violation of house rules or failure to comply with care protocols may result in early termination of services without refund.

 Yes. Upon request, our nurse can provide caregiver education before you are discharged. This includes guidance on medication reminders, garment care, mobility assistance, and monitoring warning signs. We want your recovery to continue safely and confidently after you leave our care. 


 Caregiver education is included by request for all overnight and extended stay clients. It will take place just before your discharge or during your final morning with us.
