Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Better Than Ever Postoperative Concierge, we are committed to delivering exceptional care. To ensure fairness and allow us to prepare properly for each client, we have established the following policy:
Booking Confirmation & Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on your surgery date and BEFORE you are transported to the surgery center.

A confirmation email and text message will be sent to you the day before your scheduled service. If you do not respond or confirm your availability, we will still proceed with arrival as scheduled unless told otherwise.
If you are not present at the location provided to us at the time of booking, and we are unable to reach you within 10 minutes of our arrival, this will be considered a no-show. No refund or credit of any kind will be issued.
Due to the time-sensitive and resource-intensive nature of our services, this policy is strictly enforced.
Service Interruptions
If services are terminated due to client non-compliance with postoperative care guidelines, no refund will be given.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
