By accessing this website or booking services with Better Than Ever Postoperative Concierge ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before using our services.

1. Eligibility for Services

Our recovery services are available to clients aged 18 and older who are undergoing elective or cosmetic surgery and are medically stable for outpatient recovery. We reserve the right to decline service to individuals who are not appropriate candidates for non-hospital-based care.

2. Nature of Services

We provide non-hospital, non-emergency postoperative care, including:

  • Nursing care from licensed medical professionals
     
  • Support from certified nursing assistants and home health aides
     
  • Recovery monitoring, hygiene support, mobility assistance
     
  • Private transportation before and after surgery
     
  • Optional wellness services (e.g., lymphatic massage, IV hydration)
     

We do not administer prescribed medications, narcotics, or perform invasive medical procedures. Any prescribed medical care must be directed by your physician or surgeon.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All services require advance booking and a deposit to secure your stay.
     
  • Full payment is due prior to or on the day of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
     
  • Add-on services may be scheduled during daytime hours only and must be paid in advance.
     
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours of booking for a partial refund. Please refer to our REFUND policy for further details.
     

 

4. Client Responsibilities
By booking with Better Than Ever Postoperative Concierge, you agree to the following responsibilities during your care experience:

  • Provide accurate medical and surgical history
     
  • Follow pre- and post-operative instructions from your surgeon
     
  • Communicate openly with your care team
     
  • Remain in the recovery suite unless otherwise cleared by your nurse
     
  • Respect all health and safety protocols
     
  • Treat all staff with respect and professionalism at all times
     

Absolutely no verbal abuse, harassment, intimidation, or disrespect toward staff will be tolerated. If any member of our team is subjected to inappropriate behavior, services will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. Our staff are licensed professionals here to support you — and we maintain a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to mistreatment.
 

5. Transportation Disclaimer

Transportation is provided privately by Better Than Ever and is not a livery, taxi, or rideshare service. It is strictly for client use and limited to transport to/from the surgical site, recovery suite, and home. We allow one guest and limited personal items per ride due to vehicle capacity.

6. Wellness Add-Ons

Lymphatic massage and IV hydration are offered as wellness services only. These are not substitutes for prescribed treatments. Add-on services are available only during daytime hours and not on checkout day. They must be scheduled during your stay and are subject to availability.

7. Emergency Situations

We provide emergency nurse access during your stay for unexpected recovery-related concerns. In true medical emergencies, we will contact 911 and notify your designated emergency contact. A member of our team may accompany you to the emergency room, and your surgeon will be notified as appropriate.

8. Liability Waiver

While we strive to provide the highest quality care, Better Than Ever is not liable for complications resulting from surgery, medication reactions, or pre-existing medical conditions. You acknowledge that surgical risks lie with your medical providers and that our services are supportive, not curative.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including brand name, logo, service descriptions, and educational content, is the property of Better Than Ever Postoperative Concierge and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
